THE BASICS
Name: White Rose [Rose] YOB: Y11 [3yo] Gender: filly Color: bay Height: 16.3 hh Registration #: 1642 |
WHAT'S SHE LIKE?
Rose is very docile in the stall, nothing bothers her. She can be a little noisy and pops her head out of the stall, and watches the grooms doing they work. This mare loves attention, and would even bother her groom, to give her a rub against her ears etc. Out in the pasture she would snooze under the nearest tree. She would even eat twice of much as the other youngsters, and she would eat that everyday. Because of the amount she was fed with her previous owner, the filly has grown muscular and matured a lot quicker than average, so to maintain her muscle and weight balance, she has been transferred over to conditioning cubes and oats to help her out with her growth and development, as well as keeping her energy levels high. She's the strongest horse out of all the three year olds by a mile and Steven knows with all the right work she will become a champion. Rose is an immaculate and sensational young mare who will make it very far over the turf. She loves attention and even though she can get a bit over excited and hard to handle, she will listen to all the cues her jockey gives her as well as being the most beautiful and stunning filly by far. Even though the filly doesn't have any pedigree and had to be DNA tested to find out if she was full thoroughbred, Steve hopes that the filly's name will be recognized and even though she raced lightly as a two year old, she will become a trainers dream in her next few racing seasons.
WELL...SHE IS A RACEHORSE
Running Style: Preceder - Rose is totally different horse on the track, she would dominate the other horses and make sure they knew she was there so she could eye up the competition to see what she was up against. Loading isn't a problem for this mare, as she would go in smoothly every time she is racing. Her break can be a little too fast as she can sometimes get all worked up and begin sweating a little bit, but not so much. Just enough to get the adrenaline pumping. Once she is out of the gate she quickly settles into second or third position throughout the race, until the quarter pole, she would then make her move and challenge the lead, forcing the other horses to pick up the pace. She will move to the outside and come down the center of the turf and really go for it, stretching out with all her heart and spirit. This is when Rose would take the lead and try her hardest win the race, like a true racehorse with spirit should be.
